Suzanne Giesemann's new book, Always Connected, will be released on June 2, 2026., Published by Hay House. A transformative guide combining personal memoir, spirit communication, and practical teachings for those ready to open themselves to a greater reality.
If you follow NuvoleBlu for a while, you already know how much Suzanne Giesemann is a significant presence in this space. I've discussed her approach to grief, explored with her the concept of the "veil" as a vibrational level, and shared her vision of humanity slowly awakening to a higher frequency. Every time I delve into her teachings, I find something that resonates deeply, personally, and is difficult to ignore.
When I heard about his new book, Always Connected: How to Find Comfort, Clarity, and Direction from the Spirit WithinMy reaction was immediate: I want to read it. And I want to tell you about it.

Who is Suzanne Giesemann, for those who don't know her yet?
Suzanne Giesemann is one of the most interesting and credible figures in the field of contemporary spirituality, precisely because her starting point is anything but mystical. She is a former Commander of the United States Navy, served as Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on September 11, 2001, flew up AA woman accustomed to seeing the world in black and white, relying on data, evidence, chains of command.
Then came a personal tragedy, the sudden death of his daughter Susan by lightning, and with it a question no military manual could answer: is there something beyond death?
Her journey from absolute skeptic to world-renowned medium and spiritual teacher is documented in her previous books and YouTube videos, which have surpassed nine million views. She is now included in Watkins's "100 Most Spiritually Influential People in the World” and it is one of the few mediums whose work has been scientifically verified by academic researchers.
What makes her special, and what I follow her with such interest, is precisely this combination: the rigor of someone who has been trained not to believe anything without evidence, and the depth of someone who has found that evidence in the most unexpected places.

What is Always Connected about?
The title itself says it all. Always Connected. Not "sometimes," not "if you try hard enough," not "if you're particularly talented." Always. Because connecting with something greater than ourselves is not a privilege reserved for a few: it is our profound nature, simply waiting to be recognized.
The book is structured in two complementary parts.
La first part It begins with Suzanne's personal story and the key teachings she received throughout her transformation, including conversations with her non-physical teachers, particularly Sanaya, the guide (and there is more) with whom she has communicated for years. This section helps build trust in intuition, learn to distinguish mental noise from the authentic voice of intuition, and understand what it truly means to "listen to inner guidance."
La second part It delves into concrete human experience, addressing those universal challenges we all know: the pain of grief, anger, forgiveness, regret, and the sense of self-worth. Not with prepackaged answers, but with spiritual insights and, above all, with practical invitations to connect directly with the spirit in person.
The common thread is a simple phrase that Suzanne uses as a starting point: "Hey, Spirit!" An informal, almost everyday greeting that breaks with the idea that the sacred must be reached only through elaborate rituals or exceptional states of consciousness. Connection can begin simply, as naturally as you would talk to a friend.
Who is this book for?
Always Connected is explicitly designed for who Suzanne calls “open-hearted seekers"Open-hearted seekers. For those who have suffered a loss and are searching for something beyond the pain. For those curious about spirituality but don't identify with traditional religions. For those who sense there's something more to this life but don't know how to access it. For those ready to question their belief systems and open themselves to something new.
I find myself in this description. And if you are reading these words on NuvoleBlu, you probably find yourself there too.
What I find particularly valuable in this book, compared to others in the field of spirituality, is the approach Suzanne brings from her military and scientific background: she doesn't ask you to believe a priori, she invites you to experience it firsthand and evaluate the results. It's a 21st-century spirituality, as she defines it, integrating the scientific understanding of consciousness with ancient spiritual wisdom.

A Book That Arrives at the Right Time
We live in a historical moment in which many people are experiencing a slow but real awakening to questions that traditional society struggles to address. Questions about the meaning of life, about continuity after death, about the possibility of communicating with those no longer physically present, about the nature of consciousness.
Always Connected doesn't pretend to provide definitive answers. It does something more important: it guides you to find your own, through your own direct experience. And it does so with that combination of credibility, warmth, and depth that makes Suzanne Giesemann a one-of-a-kind guide.
