Spiritual Curiosity with Suzanne Giesemann: How the Veil Is a Vibrational Level and Why Our Light Can Transform the World

In this beautiful video, we discover together a glimpse of the spiritual world with Suzanne Giesemann and the concept of the “veil,” or the thin veil that “divides” the physical world from the spiritual one.

Every now and then we come across the same image: the thinning "veil" between the physical and nonphysical worlds. It's a poetic way of saying something very concrete. For us, the point isn't so much to imagine an external barrier. It's to understand that the veil is above all a energy pattern, a vibration that limits our ability to perceive what is already here, right next to us.

When we say that “the veil is thinning,” we are talking about the fact that more and more people are learning to fine tuning their own "inner instrument." In other words: they sharpen their attunement. And when the attunement changes, perception changes too.

The veil is not “out there”: it is a vibration that limits perception

The word "veil" makes one think of something distant. But the essence of the idea is different: the veil is a frequency or vibrational level which makes us less able to feel what is actually immediately present.

We can look at it this way: it's not that the nonphysical doesn't exist. It's that our current state of consciousness doesn't allow that part of us to fully receive.

When many people begin to reconnect with their deepest nature, something moves. Not because we do it "by force." Rather, because awareness expands. And with the expansion of awareness, thethe entire perceptual network changes.

Humanity's collective energy is growing

The perspective that inspires us here is very simple and at the same time very powerful: there is a common energy field, a kind of "field of humanity". And this field, over time, tends to increase in frequency.

This isn't an abstract theory that's an end in itself. It's a vision that connects the personal to the global. If each of us "kindles" a part of the light within ourselves, that light doesn't remain confined. It adds up.

It's like a dimmer switch. The room may seem dark, but it doesn't stay dark because someone decides to turn off the light. The room becomes brighter. as more people increase their level of presence and clarity.

A spiritual dimmer: when we increase our light, everything lights up too.

Let's imagine a light that isn't just "within us," but that functions like a signal that synchronizes with everything else. When we're disconnected, we experience more confusion, more reactivity, and more difficulty perceiving nuances.

But when we get closer to our true nature, this happens:

  • our frequency is rising and we become more sensitive
  • intuition becomes more available
  • la compassion takes space in place of judgment
  • reality appears less "random" and more "significant"

This is where the concept of "veil thinning" becomes practical. It's not magic. It's a growth in awareness. It's an improvement in our internal instrumentation. And when many improve, the entire field becomes brighter.

Why is interest in mediumship and meditation growing?

In this context, it makes sense to see why many people are starting to talk about mediumship and devote more time to meditation and cultivating their inner life.

When consciousness becomes attuned, the perception of subtler dimensions becomes less "scary" and more familiar. Furthermore, people don't just look for "phenomena." They look above all for connection, meaning e emotional support as he goes through difficult times.

Mediumship, meditation, spiritual practices, heart work. In many cases, they're different paths that lead to the same goal: realigning with our essence. And when that realignment grows, the quality of our life changes as well.

How can this reduce chaos in the world?

A question that often arises spontaneously is: if everything starts from within, how can we talk about order in the external world?

The answer lies in the combined energetic and psychological mechanisms. The more people reconnect with their center, the more:

  • you react less automatically
  • the answer is more clear
  • fear is better managed
  • an inner space is created that does not further fuel chaos

When many people orient themselves toward love, "soul nature," and inner peace, the collective atmosphere changes. Not instantly, like a switch, but as a continuous transformation.

And this is precisely why we can expect less chaos. Not because everything difficult "disappears." But because the collective consciousness stops being constantly dragged by the same vibration of confusion.

Life as a Tapestry: Why Up Close It Looks Like Chaos

Here comes into play an image that makes everything clearer: thinking of life as a large tapestryUp close, the tapestry looks like just threads: irregular textures, colors that don't "speak." It looks messy.

And indeed, when we're immersed in the daily flow, it's easy to see only the threads. Events, pain, misunderstandings, changes, losses. Everything can appear fragmented.

The difference comes when we change our perspective. When we look at the whole, patterns emerge. Beauty is seen, even when it has been dark.

On the other side: guides, loved ones and a broader vision

When we speak of guides and loved ones who have left us, we don't do so to minimize the pain. We do so to offer a framework of hope and continuity.

According to this view, even when we're in the midst of grief, there's a perspective "on the other side." And that perspective helps us recognize the larger story. It doesn't erase what happened. It fits it into a larger picture.

It's as if our consciousness, while "close to the fabric," perceives only the details. But when the perspective broadens, the details begin to take on meaning.

From that perspective, what seemed random becomes understandable, and what seemed merely obscure becomes part of a larger movement, with light and shadow alternating coherently.

“Underneath the tapestry, you see the threads, and it looks like chaos. By shifting your focus, patterns and beauty emerge, even in darkness and light.”

How “subtle tuning” means changing the quality of attention

Okay, all this gives us new inspiration. But what do we actually do in our everyday lives?

Tuning your heart and soul isn't a mysterious technique reserved for a select few. It's a process of attention and sensitivity. It's built through small, repeated gestures.

Simple practices to raise your frequency

  • Meditation regular: even short, but constant
  • inner work: observing emotions without being swept away by them
  • focus on love: not as a slogan, but as a concrete choice (tone, words, kindness)
  • listening of the body and intuition: subtle signals are often ignored
  • spiritual curiosity without forcing: leave space for what feels true

These practices aren't meant to "make something happen" from the outside. They're meant to clarify what's already inside and connect what's already there.

Welcoming hope without denying reality

An important quality of this vision is that it doesn't pretend to force everything into something positive. We can be sincerely in pain and, at the same time, cultivate a broader perspective.

Love isn't a mask. It's a vibration that, when we approach it, helps us avoid being crushed by fear.

Hope, in this sense, doesn't mean "denying the darkness." It means remembering that darkness is part of a larger whole and that our consciousness can shift focus when we're ready.

Final message: every consciousness is a thread in the tapestry

If there is one idea that is worth more than all the others, it is this: each person adds threads to the plot with your own conscience. You don't have to be perfect. You have to be present. You have to cultivate love and remember your deepest nature.

As more people tune in, the collective field rises. And when the field rises, perception becomes clearer. The veil, understood as a limiting vibration, loses strength.

In that moment, something surprising often happens: instead of searching for ever more answers in the chaos, we begin to see patterns. We begin to notice beauty even in the most difficult moments. And life, while remaining life, becomes more meaningful.

It's a gradual transformation. But it's a real transformation.
