Have you ever felt that sensation of an invisible presence, a light touch on the cheek when you are alone, a sudden perfume that takes you back in time? I have, and I know that I am not alone. The loss of a loved one is an immense pain, an emptiness that will always be unfillable. But, over time, I have learned to recognize the delicate signs, the silent messages of those who have never truly gone. This article is dedicated to you, to those who seek a little comfort and hope in memory, to those who wish to decipher those small signs that tell us that love, even beyond life, is eternal.

The Dull Pain of Loss: A Personal Journey
When we lose someone we love, the world stops, actually. The our world stops, the other continues as if nothing had happened. There are no instructions, there are no right times. And then…is a mourning processed? What does it mean??? Do you understand it and put it aside? They tell us that we must “move forward”, as if it were simple, as if there really was a forward. But the truth is that there's no moving forward. Don't leave pain behind. You learn to walk beside him. The pain remains. It doesn’t change. It doesn’t really go away.
There is no moment when you wake up and realize that the weight has lifted. There is only the choice — every day — to walk with that pain, to make it a part of your life without letting it extinguish your light.
And do you know why that pain is so strong?
Because love was strong. It is the love that is not broken. You will realize that there is so much pain precisely because there was and is so much love.
You may be able to change something — but it’s not the pain that goes away on its own, nor the emptiness that magically fills up.
It's not a matter of letting time take its course.
It's a conscious choice.
A silent, sometimes difficult decision: not to give in to pain.
It is opening your eyes to a new form of presence.
But it is also a choice of cercare, look beyond. Look for signs. Look for connections. Look for confirmation that love never dies. And he who seeks finds, always, these are not just words and I confirm this from my experience.
If you find yourself on this path, I recommend you seek out people like Suzanne Giesemann e Cheryl Page.
Two extraordinary souls who dedicate their lives to helping those who remain, to teaching that our loved ones are not lost, that love goes beyond the veil of matter.
In fact, there are those who set out on a journey. And you will discover that silence is never empty.
Those who dig inside themselves, those who seek answers, those who open themselves to signs that they were unable to see beforeIt is a path made of studio, listening, caution.
This is how you learn that silence is not empty, and that those we loved never truly left us.
It’s there, in the little things. In a memory that lights up, in a familiar gesture, in a breath of presence that feels like home. That presences make themselves felt, in new, more subtle, but extraordinarily real ways.
You will learn to recognize the signs:
a song on the radio at the right time,
a scent in the air without explanation,
a sudden sensation of warmth in the heart.
They are not illusions. They are not just memories. They are new forms of presence.
The fog remains, but it becomes less thick. And between the folds of pain the sweetest memories begin to filter: a smile, a word, a hug.
You never heal from loss. But anyone can start to delve deeper and learn more about it…and realize that it’s not about loss, not in the way we understand it. While the pain will always be there, you can choose what to prioritize.
You learn to recognize that thelove never broke.
You become the guardians of an invisible presence, which can make itself felt in the most unexpected moments, which consoles without the need for words. You can continue to build memories, not in the way you knew before, but in a new, different, intense form.
In silence we learn to listen, in darkness we learn to see.
Those who love us always find a way to reach us. They always find a way to talk to us again, with signs that warm the soul, with light caresses that touch the heart. It is up to us to open our hearts, learn to listen, learn to see.
They are not memories. They are presences.
They are promises that are never broken.
They are the thin thread that continues to bind us, beyond all distance, beyond all time.
They are new memories to live together.
But what does it take for these things to happen? It takes theAmore Vero. Unconditional. That which goes beyond time and space, that which is not just of a lifetime.
And you don't have to choose between pain and love.
They are both part of the same profound truth: that true love knows no end.
And in that silence, we learn to hear their voice again, in a different way, more subtle, but always present. Their voice has always been there, we are the ones who have not heard it before.
DEPTH: HOW TO FEEL THE PRESENCE OF OUR LOVED ONES

Silent Signs: A Language of Love Beyond Life
And it is precisely in this moment, when we begin to open ourselves to the invisible world, that the signs appear. In reality, they have always been there but we have never seen or noticed them. Signs that at first seem casual, fortuitous coincidences. But, over time, they are understood as messages of love, delicate whispers of those who look at us from another dimension.
It is not about paranormal phenomena or séances. It is, rather, a deep connection, an unbreakable bond that transcends death. It is about an increased sensitivity, an ability to perceive the subtle energy that surrounds us.
We think we know everything about the world, that we understand every facet of it…is this true?
What Does Man Perceive of Reality?
In general terms, Humans perceive only a very small part of reality that surrounds it. I'll give you a quick overview:
- View: The human eye can only perceive a tiny portion of the electromagnetic spectrum, called “visible light.” It is approximately 0,0035% of the entire existing electromagnetic spectrum! The rest (radio waves, infrared, ultraviolet, X-rays, gamma rays) is invisible to our eyes without special instruments.
- Hearing: We only hear sounds between the 20 Hz to 20.000 Hz (hertz), but there are lower frequencies (infrasound) and higher frequencies (ultrasound) that we do not perceive, but that many animals do.
- General perception: Even our other senses (smell, touch, taste) only give us a “filtered” and “simplified” version of the world.
The brain itself plays continuously what it receives, and does not return an "objective photograph" of reality, but a construction useful for survival.
In summary: We see, hear and perceive only a tiny fraction of the physical and vibrational reality that surrounds us.
There are those who say that we perceive less than 1% of everything that really exists.
Here are some of the most common signs that I have learned to recognize and interpret.
1. Vivid or Recurring Dreams
Dreams are a portal to the unconscious, a place where time and space do not exist. Often, people who have shifted dimensions visit us in dreams, bringing us messages, comfort, or simply their presence.
These are not ordinary dreams, but particularly vivid, intense and realistic dreams. Dreams in which the loved one appears in great shape, full of energy and love. Dreams that leave us with a feeling of peace and serenity upon awakening.
You realize that they are “dreams” different from the others because I remind you of them in the smallest detail and…you will remember them in the smallest detail, as if it happened today, for your whole life. You recognize them in your heart, no further explanations are needed.
Sometimes, dreams can contain specific messages, advice, or warnings. It is important to pay attention to the details, the words spoken, the emotions felt. Keeping a dream journal can help decipher the meaning of these dream encounters.
2. Objects that Move or Appear Suddenly – Electrical Phenomena
This is one of the most controversial and difficult signs to interpret. It is not a question of poltergeist phenomena or who knows what. Rather, it is a question of small affectionate "jokes", of a way to get our attention.
For example, an object that belonged to a loved one moves from its usual position, a book suddenly falls from a shelf, a photograph finds itself in an unexpected place.
These events may seem random, but they often occur at significant times, when we are thinking intensely about the deceased or when we need encouragement.
Did you know that everything is energy? And they can manipulate it, just like they manipulate everything that has to do with electrical energy. TV, telephone, radio, lights, etc… they turn on by themselves, do you see the “dancing” lights or other electrical phenomena? The electrical interference It is one of the ways that our loved ones can use to communicate with us.
3. Sudden and Familiar Scents
Smell is one of the most powerful senses, capable of evoking memories and intense emotions. A sudden and familiar scent, which brings us back to the person we love, can be a very strong sign of their presence.
It could be the scent of his aftershave, his favorite perfume, the smell of tobacco from his pipe, the aroma of his morning coffee. A scent that suddenly envelops us, without an apparent source, and that makes us feel his presence close by.
4. Songs That Speak to the Heart
Music has an extraordinary power to touch the strings of the soul, to express emotions that words cannot communicate. A song that reminds us of a loved one, that speaks directly to our heart, can be a very significant sign.
It could be a song we listened to together, a song she particularly liked, a song that expresses our feelings. A song we hear on the radio, that we happen to hear in a store, that comes to mind suddenly.
5. Significant Numbers That Repeat Themselves
Some people believe that numbers have symbolic meaning and that spirits can use them to communicate with us. Repeating significant numbers, such as your loved one’s birth date, their favorite number, or a number associated with an important event, can be a sign of their presence.
For example, repeatedly seeing the number 11:11, the number 222 or the number 777 can be interpreted as a message of encouragement, protection or love.
6. Unexpected Natural Phenomena
Nature can also be a vehicle of communication. A ray of sunshine filtering through the clouds on a gray day, a rainbow that suddenly appears after the rain, a butterfly that lands on our hand, a bird that sings at our window.
These natural phenomena may seem random, but they often occur at times when we need a sign of hope, comfort, or love.
7. Inexplicable Physical Sensations
Sometimes, we may feel inexplicable physical sensations, such as a light touch on the cheek, a shiver down the spine, a sudden sensation of warmth. These sensations can be interpreted as an invisible embrace, a sign of the loving presence of the person we have lost.
8. Significant Coincidences
Coincidences are events that seem to happen by chance, but actually have a deeper meaning. Meeting a person who reminds us of a loved one, finding an object that belonged to us in an unexpected place, hearing a phrase that they used to say.
These coincidences can be interpreted as a way to remind us that the loved one is still present in our life, albeit in a different form.

How to Interpret the Signs and Find Comfort
There is no instruction manual for interpreting signs. Each person must learn to trust their own intuition and decipher the messages they receive.
Here are some tips that can help:
- Pay attention to your feelings: How do you feel when you perceive a sign? Do you feel joy, sadness, peace, comfort? Your emotions are a valuable guide to interpreting the meaning of the sign.
- Be open and receptive: Don't try to rationalize or explain everything. Let yourself be surprised by the magic of the moment and open your heart to the possibility of contact with the afterlife.
- Keep a journal: Write down the signs you perceive, your emotions and thoughts. This will help you recognize patterns and decipher the meaning of the messages.
- Talk to others: Share your experiences with people who understand and support you. Talking about the signs can help you process them and find comfort.
- Trust your intuition: Your intuition is your inner guide. Listen to your inner voice and trust your feelings.
Remember that signs are a gift, a sign of love and hope. Don't be afraid to welcome them and let yourself be comforted by the invisible presence of someone who has never truly left.

Beyond the Signs: Keeping the Memory Alive
In addition to recognizing and interpreting the signs, it is important to keep the memory of your loved one alive. There are many ways to do this:
- View photos and videos: Reliving happy moments spent together can bring comfort and joy.
- Telling stories and anecdotes: Sharing memories with others helps keep your loved one’s memory alive.
- Visiting the places that were dear to her: Returning to the places he loved can make us feel his presence close by.
- Store your personal items: Having an object that belonged to her with you can be a way to feel close to her.
- Do something she would have enjoyed: Continuing to cultivate his passions and interests is a way to honor his memory.
- Helping others: Doing good for others, inspired by his example, is a way to perpetuate his love in the world.
Keeping the memory alive does not mean living in the past, but honoring the bond that unites us to the loved one and drawing inspiration from his or her example to live a full and meaningful life.

Conclusion: A Love That Never Dies
The loss of a loved one is a painful experience, but it is not the end of that love. Love never dies, it transforms. It continues to live in our hearts, in our memories, in the silent signs it sends us.
Learning to recognize and interpret the signs can bring comfort, hope, and the knowledge that we are never truly alone. Our loved one is always with us, even if we cannot see or touch them. They watch over us, protect us, and love us from another dimension.
And we, in silence (or aloud), can talk to her, remember her and honor her love forever.
